हे मन, कृपालु श्रीरामचन्द्र का भजन कर, जो भव के दारुण भय को हरने वाले हैं। उनके नेत्र नवकमल हैं, मुख कमल है, कर कमल हैं, और चरण अरुण कमल के समान।

दीनों के बन्धु, सूर्य के समान तेजस्वी, दानवों और दैत्यों के वंश का नाश करने वाले का भजन कर: रघुकुल के आनन्द, आनन्द के कन्द, कोशल के चन्द्रमा, दशरथ के नन्दन।
सिर मुकुट कुंडल तिलक चारु उदारु अङ्ग विभूषणं। आजानुभुज शर चाप धर संग्राम जित खरदूषणं॥

सिर पर मुकुट, कानों में कुण्डल, सुन्दर तिलक, हर अंग उदार आभूषणों से विभूषित; आजानुभुज, धनुष-बाण धारण किए, संग्राम में खर-दूषण को जीतने वाले।
इति वदति तुलसीदास शंकर शेष मुनि मन रंजनं। मम हृदय कंज निवास कुरु कामादि खलदल गंजनं॥

इस प्रकार तुलसीदास कहते हैं: हे शंकर, शेष और मुनियों के मन को आनन्द देने वाले, मेरे हृदय-कमल में निवास कीजिए, और काम आदि दुष्ट दल का नाश कीजिए।
मनु जाहिं राचेउ मिलिहि सो बरु सहज सुन्दर सांवरो। करुना निधान सुजान सीलु सनेहु जानत रावरो॥

Hearing Gauri's blessing spoken in this way, Sita and all her companions rejoiced in their hearts. Tulsidas says: worshipping Bhavani again and again, she returned to the palace with a gladdened heart.
इस प्रकार गौरी का आशीर्वाद सुनकर सीता सहित सब सखियां हृदय में हर्षित हुईं। तुलसीदास कहते हैं: भवानी को बार-बार पूजकर सीता प्रसन्न मन से महल लौट चलीं।
जानि गौरि अनुकूल सिय हिय हरषु न जाइ कहि। मंजुल मंगल मूल बाम अंग फरकन लगे॥

Composed by Tulsidas, Shri Ramchandra Kripalu Bhaju Man is among the most beloved and most sung devotional compositions in all of Hindi tradition, a prayer many families sing every evening. In flowing Sanskrit-inflected Braj, it asks the mind itself to worship Rama, and then simply looks at him: eyes, face, hands, and feet each a fresh lotus, his beauty exceeding countless gods of love, his dark form like a new blue cloud crossed by the yellow lightning of his garment. The closing verses, as traditionally sung, come from the scene in the Ramcharitmanas where Sita, praying at the temple of Gauri, receives the blessing that the dark and beautiful prince she loves is destined to be hers. It is sung with special devotion on Ram Navami and in the evening hours.
तुलसीदास रचित श्रीरामचन्द्र कृपालु भजु मन सम्पूर्ण हिन्दी परम्परा की सर्वाधिक प्रिय और सर्वाधिक गाई जाने वाली भक्ति रचनाओं में है, जिसे अनेक परिवार प्रतिदिन संध्या में गाते हैं। संस्कृतनिष्ठ ब्रज भाषा में यह स्वयं मन से राम का भजन करने को कहती है, और फिर बस उन्हें निहारती है: नेत्र, मुख, कर और चरण, प्रत्येक एक नवीन कमल; उनकी छवि अगणित कामदेवों से बढ़कर; उनका श्याम रूप नए नील मेघ सा, जिस पर पीताम्बर की बिजली कौंधती है। समापन पंक्तियां, जैसा परम्परा से गाया जाता है, रामचरितमानस के उस प्रसंग से हैं जहां गौरी मन्दिर में प्रार्थना करती सीता को आशीर्वाद मिलता है कि जिस सांवले सुन्दर राजकुमार से उनका मन रचा है, वही वर उन्हें मिलेगा। राम नवमी और संध्या के समय इसका विशेष गान होता है।
